These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cremon Mortgage Experts Corp. website, including www.cremonmortgageexperts.com, its landing pages, forms, calculators, appointment tools, communication features, and related online services.
“Cremon Mortgage Experts,” “Cremon,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Cremon Mortgage Experts Corp. “You” or “your” means the person accessing or using the website.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Informational Purpose
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Nothing on the website constitutes:
- A commitment to lend;
- A guaranteed approval or preapproval;
- A final credit decision;
- A guaranteed interest rate or annual percentage rate;
- A rate lock;
- A Loan Estimate or Closing Disclosure;
- An appraisal or property valuation;
- Legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial-planning advice;
- A guarantee that a particular lender, product, feature, or term is available.
You should consult appropriate legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or financial professionals regarding your individual circumstances.
3. Initial Reviews and Prequalification
An online inquiry, eligibility review, prequalification, estimated offer, or preliminary result may be based on limited or unverified information.
Any preliminary result:
- Is conditional;
- May change after documents or credit information are reviewed;
- May be subject to lender guidelines;
- May expire or be withdrawn;
- Is not a final approval;
- Is not a commitment to lend;
- Does not guarantee funding.
Only the applicable lender can issue a final approval, commitment, or credit decision.
4. No Commitment to Lend
Submitting a form, speaking with our team, receiving an estimated scenario, or providing documents does not obligate Cremon Mortgage Experts or any lender to approve or fund a transaction.
A mortgage or HELOC may require:
- A complete application;
- Credit authorization and review;
- Identity verification;
- Income, employment, and asset verification;
- Property and ownership review;
- Title review;
- Fraud and compliance screening;
- Valuation or appraisal;
- Underwriting;
- Satisfaction of lender conditions;
- Execution of final documents;
- Any applicable waiting or rescission period;
- Final lender approval and funding.
No oral statement or informal communication creates a binding commitment to lend.
5. Product and Program Availability
Mortgage and home-equity products are subject to applicable:
- Credit standards;
- Income and ability-to-repay requirements;
- Property value and available equity;
- Combined loan-to-value limitations;
- Property type and condition;
- Ownership and occupancy requirements;
- Lien-position requirements;
- Loan-purpose restrictions;
- State and lender restrictions;
- Underwriting guidelines;
- Market conditions;
- Federal and state law.
Not every applicant, property, occupancy type, ownership structure, loan amount, state, or use of proceeds will qualify.
Product features, lender participation, rates, fees, credit limits, draw availability, repayment terms, and funding timelines may change without notice.
6. Rates, Fees, Payments, and Illustrations
Any rate, annual percentage rate, payment, credit-line amount, savings estimate, available-equity amount, property value, fee, promotional feature, or funding timeline displayed on the website is subject to the assumptions and disclosures accompanying that statement.
Your actual terms will depend on factors that may include:
- Credit history;
- Credit score;
- Income and employment;
- Property value;
- Existing liens;
- Combined loan-to-value ratio;
- Occupancy;
- Property type;
- Requested amount;
- Lien position;
- State;
- Product structure;
- Lender guidelines;
- Market conditions.
An advertised starting rate or promotional feature is not available to every applicant and may be subject to qualifications, limitations, expiration dates, fees, or other conditions.
You should rely only on the official disclosures and agreement provided by the applicable lender for the final terms of a transaction.
7. Funding Timelines
References to approval or funding in a particular number of minutes or days describe potential results for certain qualified transactions and are not guarantees.
Timing may be affected by:
- Application completeness;
- Document availability;
- Credit or identity review;
- Income and asset verification;
- Property, title, or lien issues;
- Lender processing;
- Underwriting conditions;
- State-specific requirements;
- Weekends and holidays;
- Applicable waiting or rescission periods;
- Events outside our control.
Do not make purchases, pay contractors, enter binding agreements, or incur obligations in reliance on anticipated funds until the lender confirms that the transaction has funded and the funds are available.
8. HELOC Risks and Important Considerations
A Home Equity Line of Credit is debt secured by real property.
Failure to meet the payment and other obligations contained in the loan agreement may result in default, foreclosure, and loss of the property.
Depending on the product:
- The HELOC may create an additional monthly payment;
- The interest rate or payment may change;
- An initial draw may be required;
- Fees or closing costs may apply;
- Additional draws may have different rates or terms;
- Available credit may be reduced or suspended;
- The lender may require repayment of outstanding amounts;
- The HELOC may be recorded as a first, second, or other permitted lien.
Using home equity to pay unsecured debt converts that debt into an obligation secured by your property.
Debt consolidation may reduce a monthly payment or interest rate in some situations, but extending the repayment period may increase the total amount paid over time.
9. Use of Loan Proceeds
The website may describe potential uses of financing, such as:
- Home improvements;
- Debt consolidation;
- Education;
- Medical or family expenses;
- Business purposes;
- Real estate investments;
- Emergency expenses;
- Major purchases.
Mentioning a potential use does not mean that the use is advisable, approved, tax deductible, profitable, or permitted under every lender’s guidelines.
Cremon Mortgage Experts does not evaluate or guarantee the performance, legality, quality, profitability, or suitability of a contractor, investment, business, school, medical provider, product, or other use of proceeds.
You are responsible for independently evaluating the proposed use and complying with the lender’s agreement and applicable law.
10. Credit Reports and Verifications
These Terms do not authorize Cremon Mortgage Experts or a third party to obtain a consumer credit report.
Any soft or hard credit inquiry will require a separate authorization or other legally valid permissible purpose.
An initial review may use a soft inquiry that generally does not affect a credit score. A lender or service provider may later require a hard inquiry under a separate authorization.
We may also request separate authorization to verify identity, income, employment, assets, property ownership, bank-account information, or other application information.
11. Information You Submit
You agree that information submitted through the website or provided to our team will be accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You may not:
- Use another person’s identity without authorization;
- Misrepresent property ownership or occupancy;
- Misrepresent income, employment, assets, debts, credit, or loan purpose;
- Submit altered, fabricated, or fraudulent documents;
- Conceal material information;
- Interfere with verification or underwriting;
- Use the website to commit fraud or violate any law.
You are responsible for informing us promptly of material changes to information previously provided.
False or misleading information may result in termination of our services, denial or withdrawal of a loan decision, lender or regulatory reporting, and civil or criminal consequences.
12. Information About Other People
You may provide information about a co-borrower, property owner, spouse, business partner, or other person only when you have lawful authority or permission to do so.
Each person may be required to independently provide information, authorize a credit inquiry, acknowledge disclosures, and sign application or closing documents.
